Job Summary:
As a Server at HYATT Hotels, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for serving guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks in a professional manner, and providing outstanding service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:
• Deliver prompt and excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Maintain specific side work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
• Clear and reset tables
• When complete, retrieve orders from the kitchen, confirm their accuracy, and deliver to guests along with appropriate condiments
• Handle cash transactions in accordance with the property's cash handling policy
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations and etiquette
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware, and menu items
• Assist the busser with clearing and setting tables
• Maintain current knowledge of hotel culture, amenities, services, events in the area, and points of interest
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in a restaurant food runner role
• Hotel experience preferred
