Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve Meals and Beverages: Serve ice water and/or coffee upon greeting the table, present menu to diner, and suggest dinner courses and wines.
  2. Take Orders and Relay to Kitchen: Write order on check or memorize it, relay order to kitchen or bar, and serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
  3. Provide Excellent Service: Garnish and decorate dishes preparatory to serving, observe diners to fulfill additional requests, and perceive when meal has been completed.
  4. Manage Payments and Replenish Supplies: Total bill, accept payment, and refer patron to cashier. Replenish supplies and prepare for the next meal.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: None required.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Must have TIPS and Food Safety certifications.

Salary: $4.50/hour + Tips
