  • Coordinate Principals' schedules, firm-wide events, and marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Conduct mailings and other outreach activities, promoting the firm's brand and services.
  • Manage the firm's IT consultants, ensuring optimal system performance and data security.
  • Perform other general administrative tasks, supporting the Principals and firm staff.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks, with recent work experience using the software.
  • Ability to work 5 days per week, with flexibility to accommodate a condensed schedule of 4 days per week.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with Principals, staff, and external partners.
