Job Summary

Martin's Restaurant Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality menu items in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Station Setup and Maintenance: Ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and organized at your station.
  • Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, butcher meat, and prepare sauces to support menu item production.
  • Cooking and Collaboration: Cook menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staff to meet service demands.
  • Operational Compliance: Follow all operational instructions, including reporting and answering questions.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning up after service and managing leftover food.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
  • Quality and Timeliness: Ensure food is prepared to a high standard and served in a timely manner.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
  • Teamwork and Customer Service: Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with coworkers and customers.
Requirements
  • Cooking Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
