Patient Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Advocate to join our team at Good Samaritan Hospital. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and their families, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. As a Patient Service Advocate, you will be working closely with our clinical teams to resolve patient complaints and inquiries, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service possible.
Key Responsibilities- Resolving patient complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Working closely with clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve patient satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a hospital customer service or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures, including HIPAA
