Specialist Dietitian for Outpatient Oncology

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dietitian Specialist/Outpatient Oncology to join our team at Westchester Medical, Valhalla, NY.

Job Overview

This role involves providing nutrition care to patients with cancer, ensuring their nutritional needs are met to aid in recovery and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement evidence-based practice guidelines, utilizing the Nutrition Care Process to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with Morrison's Company Diet Manual and Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual.
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients with cancer.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in outpatient oncology or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications.
