Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with individuals served, providing evidence-based interventions and support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans using person-centered planning.
- Build relationships with individuals served, understanding their goals and needs, and providing respectful and compassionate care.
- Collaborate with care coordination entities, emergency service providers, and other providers to ensure the needs of individuals served are met.
- Conduct individual sessions, facilitate support groups, and provide clinical consultation and training to staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a social services field, experience working with adults with mental health challenges, and a valid driver's license. We offer a competitive compensation model, with salaries ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 based on current licensure and experience.
