We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at UMass Memorial Health. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide direct clinical treatment to adults, children, and adolescents in a school-based setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic evaluations and screenings to identify mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address mental health concerns
- Conduct individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions
- Participate in interdisciplinary diagnostic treatment and planning conferences
- Consult with area schools, doctors, and other social service agencies to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Attend administrative staff meetings and in-service education sessions
- Masters degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field)
- Licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or licensed Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Ability to pass a CORI background check
