Home Appliances Business Developer

Job Summary:
Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is seeking a skilled Account Relationship Manager to join our team. As an Account Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned direct customers in a specified geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize execution opportunities to create loyal customers.
- Meet sales, revenue, and financial goals for responsible accounts.
- Act as a liaison between customers and distribution center partners to drive job site readiness and address field-related issues.
- Resolve daily market concerns and monitor returns process.
- Ensure invoice accuracy by managing bids/quotes and customer systems.
- Represent Electrolux Major Appliances at trade and industry shows/appearances.
- Control personal business expenses and submit timely expense reports.
- Share successful selling techniques with colleagues.
- Meet planned goals in all targeted categories.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Basic knowledge of various sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of the indoor appliances industry preferred.
- Some merchandising experience preferred.
- Prior sales experience, preferably within a durable goods capacity, a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Mature and balanced approach.
- Demonstrate strong product interest and commitment to building product knowledge.
- Organized and disciplined self-starting approach, with a goal-oriented drive.
- Excellent interpersonal and selling skills.
- MS Office proficiency with focus on Excel.
