Job Summary:

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is seeking a skilled Account Relationship Manager to join our team. As an Account Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned direct customers in a specified geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize execution opportunities to create loyal customers.
  • Meet sales, revenue, and financial goals for responsible accounts.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and distribution center partners to drive job site readiness and address field-related issues.
  • Resolve daily market concerns and monitor returns process.
  • Ensure invoice accuracy by managing bids/quotes and customer systems.
  • Represent Electrolux Major Appliances at trade and industry shows/appearances.
  • Control personal business expenses and submit timely expense reports.
  • Share successful selling techniques with colleagues.
  • Meet planned goals in all targeted categories.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Basic knowledge of various sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of the indoor appliances industry preferred.
  • Some merchandising experience preferred.
  • Prior sales experience, preferably within a durable goods capacity, a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Mature and balanced approach.
  • Demonstrate strong product interest and commitment to building product knowledge.
  • Organized and disciplined self-starting approach, with a goal-oriented drive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and selling skills.
  • MS Office proficiency with focus on Excel.
