Senior Housing Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Whispering Pines Gracious Retirement Living, a leading senior housing community in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for driving occupancy growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our residents.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with seniors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive occupancy growth
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents, families, and referral sources
- Conduct tours and presentations of our community's amenities and services
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop promotional materials and events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience in the senior housing industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
