About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join SpaceX as a skilled SMT Technician. As part of our team, you will contribute to the design, development, and production of advanced spacecraft systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating PCB assembly machines to manufacture circuit boards.
  • Conducting functional testing on flight hardware.
  • Maintaining tooling and consumable supply inventory.
  • Documenting non-conformances and associated rework.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have at least a high school diploma or equivalency certificate and 2+ years of experience using hand tools. Preferred skills and experience include 5+ years of experience working in PCB assembly, soldering proficiency, and proficiency with computers and shop floor management software.
