Manufacturing Engineering Specialist

**Job Summary:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer, where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes and systems that meet the needs of our spacecraft production operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems that meet the needs of our spacecraft production operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, specifications, and training materials.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of new processes and technologies.
**Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Benefits:**
