Manufacturing Reliability Specialist

Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Build Reliability Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our spacecraft systems, from design to launch. This includes partnering with design engineering and manufacturing teams to create quality plans, developing and implementing Lean test and inspection processes, and conducting regular build quality reviews to ensure design intent is achieved.
In addition, you'll investigate failures in production, test, and flight, identifying and mitigating root causes to improve reliability. You'll also support the shop floor in continuous improvement and the advancement of a Lean, autonomous production system.
