Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the functioning of outpatient therapy clinics through various supportive functions

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Epic Cadence scheduling experience
  • One or more years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an outpatient medical setting
  • Knowledge of general MS office systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to multitask with frequent interruptions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
  • Knowledge of insurance, registration process, and medical terminology
