As a Customer Service Representative at TEKsystems, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshooting issues and escalating them to supervisors as necessary.
- Completing all required documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Reporting laboratory results to clients and patients using established protocols.
- Following up with customers to resolve issues and concerns.
- Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs or customer requirements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Good listening skills and ability to maintain a professional and tactful manner in stressful situations.
- Ability to deal with client information in a confidential manner and maintain proper telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of operating office equipment and understanding of Quality Service and its measurement.
