Digital Product Manager

You'll lead our Product Detail Pages and expertise-focused digital experiences, driving the product vision and developing a product strategy to address some of our most important customer and business opportunities. You'll align with stakeholders across the Co-op on that plan and execute on your areas of ownership, leading your team to deliver delightful and high-impact new customer experiences.
You'll work with architects, engineers, UX/CX, business analysts, data scientists, leaders, and stakeholders across the Co-op. You'll join a fast-paced, growing, and passionate community where you'll be empowered to define best practices and help drive the mission of the Co-op.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Solve our Co-op's biggest and most complex customer problems, often spanning across divisions.
- Articulate a product vision and strategy, clearly translating the vision into product team objectives and inspiring the organization behind our vision, strategy.
- Collaborate fluently with design, engineering, and data science to implement experiments, recognizing dependencies, removing barriers, ensuring smooth product delivery, and proactively communicating risks to stakeholders.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate team success.
- Effectively communicate and align with multiple product teams, stakeholders, and executives to drive towards common goals.
- Develop qualitative and quantitative data insights from customer research, data analysis, and business analytics to help drive solutions.
- Consistently advocate effectively for the customer's point of view during product ideation, being recognized as the team's expert on the user and their needs.
- Actively utilize and help improve product practices for the Co-op, being a recognized expert and respected product management practitioner.
- 10+ years' experience managing technical platforms or 10+ years' experience managing on digital consumer products, including 7+ years' experience as a Product Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering products in an e-commerce environment, plus experience working collaboratively with architects/engineers, data analysts, and UX designers at all levels from leadership to more junior team members.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful products to a broad customer base in an agile environment.
- Proven ability to use a range of discovery tools, identify sources of information that would expand current data infrastructure, and leverage data and insights to make informed product decisions, including prioritization.
- Technical fluency and ability to clearly communicate user and business benefits for various technologies, comfort communicating technology concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with team members.
- Able to self-serve data needs and seek additional data resources.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, MBA preferred.
