Customer Support Manager

As a Customer Support Manager at Tek Experts, you will be responsible for handling complex customer issues and providing timely resolutions. This role involves acting as a primary contact for customers, communicating with them to understand their concerns, and driving fast and accurate resolutions.
Responsibilities:- Issue Resolution: Act as a primary contact for moderate to highly complex issues for customers, communicating with them to improve their experience.
- Escalation Management: Effectively manage escalations, driving fast and accurate resolutions for our customers.
- Process Improvement: Lead strategic projects designed to improve resolution times, customer satisfaction, and increase efficiency.
- Support Expectations: Set and manage support expectations with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent field.
- 2+ years of customer service, technology industry, or related experience.
- Excellent relationship management, customer service, and communication skills.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of reactive case lifecycle and troubleshooting methodology.
- Strong judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to work under continual deadline pressure.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
