About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to both the Sacramento and New York offices
  • Perform daily filing drop-offs and pick-ups at the California Secretary of State's office
  • Manage Apostille, Authentication, and Legalization requests
  • Monitor and update new registered agent appointments in our databases

Compensation

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
