Customer Service Supervisor

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $22.50 - $32.80 per hour, depending on location. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service associates, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to provide direction to your team members, develop their skills, and motivate them to deliver outstanding customer service. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating concerns to management as needed.

You will work closely with our store managers to create a positive and productive work environment, foster teamwork, and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity. About the Role: As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading a team of customer service associates to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to improve their performance
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve customer service quality and efficiency
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and respect

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional customer service results
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using technology to enhance customer service and improve business processes
