Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE to join our team at Emser Tile. This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day functioning of the branch, greeting customers warmly, and building relationships with contractors. They will also be required to answer calls promptly, direct customers to the appropriate team member, and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years of experience providing operations, sales, and customer service support in a sales, retail, or distribution environment. You should also have excellent interpersonal communication skills, a high school diploma, and knowledge of relevant computer applications.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
