Job Description

Senior Acquisition Specialist

OCT Consulting, LLC is a certified SBA 8(a), minority-owned, small, disadvantaged business providing professional services and Information technology solutions to the federal government and commercial clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Acquisition Specialist to support the CISA Cybersecurity Division (CSD) in establishing high-level contract strategy and implementation in support services.

Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will serve as a team lead and acquisition expert to a large team of 10+ people, responsible for developing contract strategy for the CSD, identifying and driving implementation of strategic contract opportunities, and leading and managing the acquisition process for government contracts.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience managing projects on a full-time basis.
  • At least 10 years of experience in full life cycle procurement and acquisition work, communication, stakeholder management, and senior executive support in federal government offices.
  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (to include PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI).
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must hold a current DoD Top Secret Clearance.
