Homecare Nurse

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
About the Role:We are looking for a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of our patients' homes. As a Homecare Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- One year of experience in home healthcare or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
