Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care and support in a home healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with the ability to assess, plan, and implement effective care plans for patients with various needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify patient needs and develop effective interventions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and care plans accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.

Skills:

  • Pediatric care.
  • G-tube management.
  • Ileostomy care.
  • Tracheostomy care.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday.
  • Full-time/Part-time/PRN.
  • 10:00am-6:00pm.
