About the Role

Lumen Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Associate to join our team. As a Field Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Denver, CO area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Activate sales strategies for the market area and develop sales funnels to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities to deliver value-adding business solutions.
  • Manage and develop sales activity reports, accurate documentation of sales activity, and mileage and expense reports within allocated budget.
  • Develop proficiency in assigned product subsets and become an expert in the competitive environment to effectively position Lumen as the best technology choice for assigned prospects/customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external, and consult with customers to gather information and make recommendations for their communication and entertainment needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required) or equivalent education with typically 1+ years' sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and deliver meaningful and concise presentations.
  • Able to execute with a high level of ethics and integrity in a challenging and ever-changing environment.
  • Self-motivated and highly disciplined with a positive attitude, energy, and determination required to translate daily customer interactions into new sales.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
