At Clean Harbors, we are committed to excellence in our operations. We are currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Repair Technician to provide essential onsite maintenance and repair services for our industrial processing equipment.

This role requires a mechanically skilled individual who prioritizes health and safety. The position is based in a dynamic environment where you will work a rotating schedule of five weeks, including one week of night shifts and four weeks of day shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Facility Maintenance Repair Technician, your duties will include:

  • Ensuring that health and safety remain the top priority by adhering to established policies and procedures
  • Disassembling and reassembling facility equipment for inspection and repair
  • Fabricating metal components and replacing gaskets as necessary
  • Diagnosing malfunctioning systems and executing repairs or replacements of defective parts
  • Monitoring equipment to confirm all repairs and testing are conducted to ensure optimal operation
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hydraulic system repair
  • Industrial maintenance experience is preferred
  • Heavy equipment repair experience
  • The ability to work overtime as required
  • Proficiency in using cutting rigs
  • The capability to pass mechanical aptitude assessments
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with industry technologies

This position is 100% onsite with no remote work options available. A valid US driver's license is required, and applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
