JOB DESCRIPTION

Clean Harbors is seeking a Facility Maintenance Repair Technician responsible for executing on-site maintenance and repairs for industrial processing equipment. We are looking for a mechanically skilled individual who prioritizes health and safety to become part of our team. The position offers a competitive wage of $30-$40 hourly, with overtime opportunities. The work schedule consists of a rotating shift pattern: one week of night shifts followed by four weeks of day shifts, totaling 40 hours per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Uphold Health and Safety as the primary objective by adhering to policies and procedures
  • Disassemble and reassemble facility equipment for inspection and repair
  • Fabricate metal components and replace gaskets as necessary
  • Diagnose issues with malfunctioning systems and perform repairs or replacements
  • Monitor equipment to ensure repairs and testing are conducted for optimal operation
  • Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hydraulic system repairs
  • Preferred background in industrial settings
  • Experience with heavy equipment repairs
  • Willingness to work overtime as required
  • Ability to operate a cutting rig
  • Must successfully pass mechanical aptitude assessments
  • Proficient in computer systems
  • Familiarity with the latest industry technologies or experience with electronics
  • This position is 100% onsite; remote work is not available
  • Strong focus on safety
  • Valid US Driver's License is required
