Supply Chain Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Team Lead to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for overseeing the distribution of supplies, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that our clinical departments have the necessary equipment and materials to provide high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities
Distribution of Supplies: You will be responsible for delivering equipment to Clinical Engineering, obtaining signatures for all deliveries, and physically replenishing items in the storeroom that are delivered on a daily basis from contracted vendors and distributors.
Receiving: You will receive product from carriers, ensure that the manifest matches the number of pieces delivered, and communicate any shortages, over shipments, damages, or errors to the appropriate Supply Chain representative.
Warehousing: You will be responsible for putting away storeroom stock received, assuring all stock is rotated on a regular basis in the storeroom and par replenished areas, and maintaining proper levels for all patient care equipment.
Inventory Control: You will participate in annual physical inventories, lead the team in cycle counting, and perform all discrepancy adjustments according to Supply Chain protocol.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records and reports.
