Job Summary

Medline Industries is seeking a highly skilled SAP Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions that maximize the value of our investments in SAP.

This individual will collaborate closely with business and IT leaders to align technology initiatives with business strategies and ensure the delivery of expected outcomes during project execution.

The SAP Architect will provide technical leadership and guidance to portfolio teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed in developing and deploying SAP BTP solutions using SAP Cloud Platform tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design, analysis, and realization of high-quality technology solutions across SAP-centric design, integration, transformation, and application modernization in the Cloud.
  • Collaborate with management, business leaders, IT architecture, and other stakeholders to connect the business roadmap with operational decisions, particularly in areas heavily dependent on SAP-integrated solutions.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and document all architecture design and analysis work.
  • Design and direct governance activities associated with ensuring SAP architecture, development, and security compliance.
  • Provide architectural and technical leadership and guidance to portfolio teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed in developing and deploying SAP BTP solutions using SAP Cloud Platform tools and technologies.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the SAP 'Clean Core' concept.
  • Expertise in SAP solutions ECC, S/4HANA, and Cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in SAP system integration, encompassing business processes, common extensions, automation, and emerging SAP technologies.
  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), application development (utilizing side-by-side extensions and low-code solutions), automation through SAP RPA, integration via CPI/Integration Suite, as well as data and analytics with SAC and AI technologies.
  • Experience in supporting the transition from SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite.
