Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Administrative Specialist to provide exceptional support to our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing general office support, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, and additional clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets and directs visitors to the company
  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate or voicemail as needed
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information
  • Receives and forwards incoming mail
  • Mails company invoices
  • Responsible for meter entry of equipment
  • Coordinates supply pickup at the front desk
  • Scans all administrative projects as assigned
  • Assists with other specialty projects needed to accomplish administrative team and organization goals
  • Records supply orders and emails to the warehouse manager and operations lead
Requirements
  • High school diploma, but a college degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • 1-2 years of data entry experience
  • Highly organized and able to juggle competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must embrace and promote Offix's philosophy of Total Customer Satisfaction
