About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with serious mental illness in a secure, 8-bed program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with direct care teams to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling up to 40 pounds
