About the Position

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Mental Health Associates at our Residential Treatment Homes and Facilities in Wilsonville and Milwaukie, Oregon.

As a Mental Health Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of adults with serious mental illness, providing life skills training, and promoting therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Provide housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Keep accurate clinical documentation
  • Work as a member of a direct care team
Requirements
  • Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred
  • A dedication to the well-being of each client and helping them meet their Activities of Daily Living (ADL)

Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration is required. If not already registered, we will assist you in registering within 30 days of hire.
