Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients with a range of psychiatric diagnoses, including adjustment disorders, chronic severe mood, psychotic, anxiety, depressive, MST, substance abuse disorders, and homelessness.
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Conduct assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
- At least one year of specialized nursing experience in a mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
