Role

As Glean's Product Manager for the Customer Support teams, you'll play a critical role in shaping our capabilities and end-user experience to become mission-critical for world's leading enterprises. You'll work closely with our customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs and develop key parts of our product roadmap. You'll empower your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment, and drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' knowledge needs and pain points
  • Develop key parts of our product roadmap, marrying customers' needs with our product vision
  • Empower your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders across the company

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of ownership across core product or high-engagement product features
  • Relevant B2B experience and a major desire to build deeply impactful products for specific personas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Learning and growth mindset
  • Mission-first approach and understanding that success is measured by product and team success
  • Early adopter of AI and excited about helping customers accelerate their own AI adoption journey
