Role

As a Platform Product Manager at Glean, you will be responsible for leading the development of our APIs and SDKs, working closely with customers and partners to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your expertise in API design and developer experience will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmap and prioritize features
  • Develop and maintain APIs and SDKs, ensuring scalability and ease of use
  • Work closely with customers and partners to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Drive customer-focused decisions and prioritize features based on customer feedback
  • Build processes and tools to support rapid growth and scalability
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Platform Product Manager with a track record of building high-craft API products
  • Strong technical background and understanding of developer needs
  • Passion for building robust, scalable API and SDK solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results
