Product Manager, Connectors

Role
As Glean's Connectors PM, you'll be responsible for expanding our connectors library, improving and deepening our existing product integrations, and enhancing our Indexing API and custom connector capabilities. Your primary goal will be to empower our customers by providing them with the tools they need to accelerate their knowledge acquisition and utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing key parts of our product roadmap, marrying customers' needs with our product vision
- Empowering your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment
- Driving customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
- Coordinating cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders across the company
- Building processes that will scale as our team and company go through rapid growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises
- Strong technical background and experience with API-first products, integration paths, and 3rd party product partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
- Learning and growth mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
