Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate Order Log for both printed and unprinted orders.
  • Track the total number of orders processed, including any unprinted orders and those listed for shipping.
  • Complete all Carrier Manifests for transportation personnel.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager and Shipping Manager to prioritize order processing.
  • Generate batches of invoices, shipping labels, and tracking information.
  • Monitor the status of shipments and deliveries.
  • Address and resolve shipping inquiries efficiently.
  • Organize tasks based on urgency to meet production targets and shipping deadlines.
