Dietitian Nutritionist

About the Role

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD, RDN) to join our team. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will provide expert nutrition care to patients and families in long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans.
• Collaborate with the dining department to ensure effective nutrition plan execution.
• Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and families.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition care regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
