Job Overview

Balance of Nature is a leading whole food supplement company seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time, on-site position that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching or onboarding roles and be able to develop new team members to uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews with trainees and coordinate with management
  • Send official job offers to qualified candidates
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with new team members for the first 4 weeks
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new team members
  • Collaborate with the Benefits Manager to conduct a 90-day check-in with new team members

Requirements:

  • Collaboration, communication, and listening skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence, ethics, and integrity
  • Organization and time management skills
  • A professional approach
  • Problem solving skills
  • 1+ years of experience in teaching or onboarding role
