Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entertainment Coordinator to join our team at Burr Ridge Senior Living. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities and events for our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a monthly calendar of activities and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with residents, family members, and staff to identify and plan activities that promote socialization, exercise, and mental stimulation.
  • Coordinate transportation for residents to off-site events and activities.
  • Manage the resident library and ensure that it is well-stocked with books, puzzles, and other materials.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of special events, such as holiday parties and themed events.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
