Key Responsibilities:- Activity Planning: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement a monthly calendar of events, including performances, seminars, and social gatherings.
- Event Execution: Oversee the logistics of events, including venue setup, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- Resident Engagement: Foster meaningful relationships with residents, understanding their interests and preferences to create personalized experiences.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our staff to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a related field, such as recreation therapy or event planning.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Competitive Salary: $16.50 per hour.
