Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Accel Entertainment Gaming. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide product information in a professional and courteous manner.
• Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate the dispatch of technical staff to resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues, provide product knowledge, and escalate complex issues to technical staff as needed.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, technical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issue resolution, and technical staff activities.

• Education: Minimum of one-year certificate from college or technical school, one to three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: One to three years of dispatch experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, excellent organizational skills, effective communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
