Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will have the chance to establish processes and programs from inception. We are in search of a candidate with prior experience in dynamic environments who can adeptly manage transitions and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and refine the marketing technology stack and systems to ensure effective execution across all marketing channels (e.g., Hubspot, Google Analytics, Webflow).
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to craft marketing strategies and assess performance across multiple channels.
  • Develop and uphold scalable and accountable processes for managing campaigns and leads for both inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
  • Implement and oversee new marketing automation initiatives in Hubspot, including audience segmentation, lead capture, routing protocols, and reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR) and uphold data privacy and security standards.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and effectively allocating resources to maximize return on investment.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Analytics, Consulting, or Strategy/Insights roles with a focus on leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in marketing technology, particularly HubSpot, and a readiness to incorporate AI into the marketing tech ecosystem.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, navigate SQL queries, and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work across various teams and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about efficiency, processes, and data, with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining scalable marketing operations.
  • Highly organized, articulate communicator, and proficient presenter.
