To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:
  • Extensive experience managing top-tier kitchens in New York.
  • Experience in launching and opening restaurants in New York and the broader US market.
  • A strong background in high-volume operations regarding both customer covers and revenue.
  • Exceptional management and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with a focus on teaching, coaching, and training all FOH and BOH staff.
