  • Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and labor controls.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of back-of-house administrative duties and food safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
