  • Provides support across various HR functions, including recruitment, communication, employee events, and record management.
  • Ensures the office environment, including the reception area and kiosks, is maintained in a clean, organized, and well-stocked manner.
  • Addresses Team Member inquiries and requests, escalating issues as necessary to guarantee timely resolutions.
  • Performs administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, data entry, report preparation, and ordering supplies and badges.
  • Aids in the coordination and facilitation of Talent Acquisition processes and New Hire Orientation sessions.
  • Contributes to the development and upkeep of internal communications, including employee self-service portals and compliance with required postings.
  • Upholds a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with Team Members, applicants, and guests.
  • Assists in the planning and execution of engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives.
  • Actively promotes and exemplifies exceptional customer service in alignment with departmental and organizational standards.
  • Ensures adherence to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations within the scope of responsibilities and reports any potential issues to management.
