Darling Consulting Group (DCG) is a leading national consulting services and online solutions provider to community banks and credit unions.

Position Purpose:

DCG's Product Solutions team is seeking a Product Manager to collaborate with the technology group to interpret and ensure a clear understanding of data insights and business needs in supporting and developing DCG's 360 suite of software solutions licensed to the banking industry.

This position will work closely with other Product Managers and cross-functional teams in support of data science, design/user experience, and support.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of balance sheet risk management, banking, and preferably DCG's 360 solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and maintain detailed sprint 360 backlog
  • Translate roadmap features into well-defined product requirements
  • Assist in the testing and application of features
  • Create wireframes and support best-in-class UX and UI design
  • Proactive communication with stakeholders on key dependencies and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or engineering
  • Strong intellectual curiosity
  • 5 plus years of related balance sheet management experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and effectively
  • Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues of all levels in order to effectively present information
  • Strong organizational skills
