Key Responsibilities- Supervise and oversee patient care, ensuring the highest quality of service
- Provide constructive feedback and develop clinical quality, core competencies, and productivity with direct reports
- Advocate for patients, understand their needs, and manage their expectations
- Quickly become proficient in enterprise applications and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Associates degree in a Nursing related field required
- Current State License as a Registered Nurse
- 2 years of home care experience as a registered nurse in a Home Health or Hospice environment, Oasis experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience required
- Work autonomy and flexible schedules
- 1:1 patient care
- Supportive and collaborative environment
