Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Specialist at Talbots, you will be responsible for creating and fostering a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and building enduring relationships both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement sales and service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships with customers and drive sales.
- Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas, including clientelling, appointment setting, and Talbots Classic Awards.
- Plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer and business.
- Seek to understand customer needs and wants through intentional conversation and share current products and fashion trends to appropriately wardrobe, inspire, and build trust.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong ambition and passion for achieving goals, and the ability to work cooperatively in a diverse work environment. You will also need to be comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods of time.
Work Environment
This is a part-time position, requiring a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
