Duffy's Senior Assistant Chef Job Description

As a Senior Assistant Chef at Duffy's Sports Grill, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of food preparation, presentation, and service. You will be responsible for interviewing, training, and developing Back of House staff, as well as managing the kitchen's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present all menu items to the highest standards.
  • Interview, train, and develop Back of House staff to ensure they meet the expectations of the Assistant Chef.
  • Manage the kitchen's daily operations, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving procedures.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations of Back of House staff to ensure they are meeting the required standards.
  • Assume all Chef responsibilities in the absence of the Chef.
  • Participate in store-level manager meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Teach and mentor Assistant Chefs on all aspects of the business.
