Account Executive, SMB Sales

At T-Mobile, we're looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our team as Account Executives, SMB Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, offering them our unparalleled product and service line, and driving sales growth in underserved markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring new accounts within an assigned geographic territory.
- Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
- Recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data, and enhanced services, handsets, and accessories.
- Negotiate and close deals, working closely with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on products and services, attending sales meetings and participating in training opportunities to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
- 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
- High School Diploma/GED (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with a high degree of multi-tasking.
